Who we are
Paicu Web Solutions (“we”) develops websites and web applications for clients in the European Union. For the data collected through this site we are the controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can write to us at any time at contact@paicuwebsolution.com.
What data we collect
We collect the data you give us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, company name, preferred contact method and your description of the project. Separately, technical data is generated automatically when the site is visited — IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed — which we see in aggregated form, through our analytics tools.
Why we process it and on what basis
The data from the form serves to answer you, prepare a quote and carry out any resulting contract; the legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and improving the way it works (Article 6(1)(f)). Commercial messages are sent only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time, without giving a reason.
Who we pass the data to
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may entrust it to the providers who support our activity: hosting, email delivery through our SMTP server, traffic analytics. Each provider processes the data under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that lead to nothing further are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Documents relating to concluded contracts are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, as a rule 10 years. Aggregated analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. Requests go to contact@paicuwebsolution.com and receive an answer within 30 days at the latest. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence or with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, B-dul G-ral. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and, with your agreement, analytics cookies that show us how the pages are used. You can refuse the non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, or delete them at any time from your browser settings.
Data security
Transmission to the site is encrypted, over HTTPS. Access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it in order to answer you. We do not store card details: payments, where they occur, run through authorized processors, who answer for their own systems.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the legal requirements change. The version in force is always the one published here, and the date of the update appears at the top.
