2. Our Commitment and Transparency

We pledge to deliver all agreed-upon project specifications to the highest professional standard. Honesty and transparency are core to our business. We will maintain open communication throughout the lifecycle of your project, keeping you informed of progress, challenges, and timelines. What we agree to build is exactly what we will deliver.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible if we completely fail to deliver your project.

Because web development requires significant upfront time, labor, and resources, we cannot issue refunds for "change of mind" or uncooperative delays. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable unless Paicu Web Solutions is unable or unwilling to complete the agreed-upon technical delivery of the project for reasons solely within our control.

4. Limitation of Liability and Usage

Paicu Web Solutions builds digital infrastructure based on your specifications. We are entirely not liable for any alternative, illegal, or specific purpose the website we built is used for by you or your users.

Once the website or web application is delivered to the client, the client assumes full responsibility for all content published, business operations conducted, and compliance with local/international laws (including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, ecommerce regulations, and copyright laws) regarding the usage of the platform. We provide the technology; you provide the business operation.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the intellectual property rights of the custom-written code and design created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Paicu Web Solutions reserves the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project's commencement.

6. Revisions and Scope of Work

Every project includes a defined scope of work. Any requests for additional features, pages, or significant design changes outside of this original agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately and billed at our standard hourly or fixed project rates.
